TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By taking part in this lucky draw, all persons participating herein acknowledge and confirm that he/she has met the participating criteria and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:
- This promotion is open to anyone who resides in Singapore except employees of Fonder Diamond Private Limited and their immediate family.
- Promotion is valid from 20 July till 31December 2017.
- All details and particulars submitted in the lucky draw coupons must be accurate, true and complete. Incomplete, inaccurate or illegible lucky draw forms will be disqualified.
- Each participant qualifies for one chance in the lucky draw when they visit Fonder Diamond showroom and like Fonder Diamond Facebook page. Participants may visit multiple times, but is only entitled to ONE (1) chance only.
- Winner will be notified by email and phone call regarding prize collection. Winner must produce proof of identity and the printed prize notification email upon the prize collection.
- The winners may be required to participate in a photo taking session during the issuing of Lucky Draw gift. Pictures may be posted online or showcase in our shop front for display purpose.
- The date, time and venue of the collection will be notified via email.
- The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other products/services, and may be subject to availability.
- Lucky Draw winner is required to respond within a week from notification date in order to be eligible winners. Winners that do not respond will be forfeited.
- Where applicable, prizes not collected ONE (1) month after the announcement of the winner, shall be disposed of at Fonder Diamond's sole discretion. Fonder Diamond's decision regarding the award of all prizes, and/or in every situation including any not covered in these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants in the contest, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained regarding fonder diamond's decision on the same.
- By participating in this lucky draw, the participant acknowledges that their personal particulars may be used for the organiser's marketing or administrative purposes related to the campaign and/or promotion.
- In the event that the organiser is unable to provide the stated prize or any part thereof, the organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equivalent value, to be determined at the organiser's sole discretion.
- The organiser reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice and the decision of Fonder Diamond on all matters relating to or in connection with the Lucky Draw is final.
