1.Customer Service Officer
Vacancies: 5
Responsibilities
- Single point of contact for all sales customer inquiries;
- Resolving all scope enquiries and appropriate escalation when required;
- Meeting Service levels and KPIs defined by the Company;
- Complete call logs and reports;
- Other duties as assigned.
Job requirements:
- Minimum Degree / Diploma or equivalent in any field;
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience;
- Experience in e-Commerce related industry is an advantage;
- Strong problem solving and analytically skills;
- Good team player as well as working independently with good initiative;
- Good communication skills and positive client oriented attitude;
- Fluent in English and any of French, German, or Spanish
2. Graphic Designer
Vacancies: 3
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise, design and develop web / interactive layouts (including mobile devices & other platforms);
- Design and Animate graphics and graphical images;
- Design & Develop logos, banners, websites, interactive interface, flyers, brochures and any other graphical content.
Job requirements:
- Highly motivated and able to deal with time sensitive tasks;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- A team contributor with the ability to work autonomously;
- Attention to detail with a high aptitude and competency with Windows computers, Adobe Creative Suite and MS office;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Willingness to sometimes work outside normal office hours;
- Creative Flair;
- Design contribution and knowledge.
